You do not need to get a return authorization. Simply return the item via mail within 30 days. Please note that we do not refund s&h unless the item was defective.
If you realize the necklace is too short or too long I will make it the right size. I can replace the chains with new shorter ones for free. Just send the name back to me and I will send them back, fixed, as soon as possible.
If you ordered the incorrect necklace size you can send it back to us via regular mail, we will fix it, and return it to you with regular mail. (Not the Priority Mail we use for the initial product shipment.)
This is all free of charge, however, if you want us to use Priority Mail when shipping it back to you, you should also send a check for $5.50.
While insurance is not mandatory for shipping and if Insurance is not purchased, we cannot be held responsible for uninsured items that are lost / damaged in shipping.
If the postman in a bad mood and delivered your order to wrong home or apartment, the deliver confirmation/tracking number indicates that order was delivered, but not to your home. It can happen on USPS Priority Mail.
Signature Confirmation for $1.90 gives you an added level of security by requiring a signature from the person who accepts package.
With Signature Confirmation, the US Post Office will Domestic deliver the package to the shipping address provided and will require the recipient's signature to acknowledge receipt the delivery. If the reciepient is not at the shipping address when the package arrives a notice of the delivery attempt will be left by the postal carrier to alert the receipient that the package has arrived. The package will then be held at the local Post Office for pick up there at the recipient's convenience or for re-delivery to the recipient.
