What are my payment options ?

Direct on-line payment may be made using the PayPal service which accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover Card or American Express credit cards as well as payment directly from a PayPal account.

Along with the check, tell me the name, style (i.e, name necklace, name pin, etc) how you want it done, and where to deliver it to.

What are my recourses if I am not happy with a purchase?

You do not need to get a return authorization. Simply return the personalized necklace or pin via mail within 30 days. Please note that we do not refund s&h unless the item was defective. If you realize the necklace is too short or too long I will make right size .I can replace the chains with new shorter ones for free. Just send the name back to me and I will send them back, fixed, as soon as possible. If you ordered the incorrect necklace size you can send it back to us via regular mail, we will fix it, and return it to you with regular mail. (Not the Priority Mail we use for the initial product shipment.) This is all free of charge, however, if you want us to use Priority Mail when shipping it back to you, you should also send a check for $5.50.

Are the product images actual size?

No, images at times may be enlarged or reduced to display as much information as possible about the design of the merchandise. Average size for name with six letters measures approximately 1 1/4 inches. The actual size of the pin "Princess" is 2 inches, made with 20 gauge square gold filled wire.

Any discount if I were to order 8 name necklaces?

If you buy 10 or more name necklaces or pins, I will give you a wholesale 10% discount. You will pay only one shipping fee $5.50 , if sent to the same address.

Can you design names in other languages?

I can make names in other languages, I would just need a picture of the name you wish to have made. I have done names in other languages, for instance Russian Cyrillic.

What size chain would be best for children?

Size 14 would be best for young children.

Can you make a custom design for me ?

If you are looking for something particular, phone me or email picture and brief description.
